Skedo is built so the whole family can use it — whatever their vision, hearing, mobility, or motion sensitivity. Everything from checking today's schedule to adding an event by voice is designed to work with Apple's built-in accessibility features on iPhone and iPad.
Supported features
VoiceOver
Every control — kid chips, event blocks, day letters, and buttons — is labeled and ordered so it reads correctly with Apple's screen reader.
Voice Control
All interactive elements are real, nameable buttons, so you can tap, swipe, and add events hands-free using your voice.
Larger Text
Skedo supports Dynamic Type. Text and rows scale up to the largest accessibility sizes without clipping the schedule.
Dark Interface
A full dark mode — follow the system, or lock Light or Dark in Settings. Event colors are tuned to stay legible in both.
Differentiate Without Color
Status is never color alone. Conflicts use distinct shapes and icons, and each child carries a name and emoji alongside its color.
Reduced Motion
Turn on Reduce Motion and Skedo quiets its animations — springs, pulses, and gradient effects step aside for gentle transitions.
